Pivot Table: A pivot table elmúlt 4 hét -

Az utolsó 4 hét (azaz a gördülő 4 hét) adatokat tartalmazó forgatótábla létrehozásához hozzáadhat egy segítő oszlopot a forrásadatokhoz, hogy megjelölje az elmúlt 4 hét rekordjait, majd a segítő oszlop segítségével szűrje az adatokat a forgóasztal. A bemutatott példában az aktuális dátum 2019. augusztus 25., és az elfordulási táblázat 4 teljes előzőt mutat. Ha az idő múlásával új adatok kerülnek hozzáadásra, a forgatótábla az aktuális dátum alapján folytatja az előző 4 hét követését.

Mezők

A bemutatott kimutató táblázatban négy mező van a forrásadatokban: Dátum, Értékesítés, Hét és Szűrő. A Filter egy segítő oszlop, amelynek képlete jelzi az elmúlt 4 hétet. A hét egy segítő oszlop, amely a hétfőt adja vissza az adott dátumra (csak a kényelem érdekében). Értékesítés az érték mező, és a Hét sormezőként lett hozzáadva a hetek szerinti csoportosításhoz:

A D5-ben (hét) használt képlet, amelyet lemásoltunk, a következő:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Ez a képlet a hét hétfőjét adja vissza az adott dátumra.

Az E5-ben (Szűrő) használt képlet, amelyet lemásoltunk, a következő:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
